Ukrainian woman who sang Let It Go in a bomb shelter sang her country’s anthem in Poland

Amelia Anisovich, 7 years old, according to BBCsang the national anthem to an audience of thousands at a charity concert for her country called “Together with Ukraine”. Artists from Poland and Ukraine performed at the event, which was held to raise funds for the charity organization “Polish Humanitarian Action”, according to the Polish television channel TVN.
Footage from the concert held in St. arena in the Polish city of Lodz showed how Amelia takes the stage in front of an enthusiastic audience. Although she seemed overwhelmed as she walked towards her goal, she seemed to gain confidence and pride when she began to sing.

Amelia’s talents first went viral earlier this month when a woman living in a Kiev bomb shelter met Amelia and asked her to sing for those seeking safety. The girl embarked on an impressive and passionate performance of “Let It Go”, her blond hair was braided back, like the queen of “Frozen” Elsa.

CNN’s Anderson Cooper, reporting from Ukraine, was almost speechless after revealing footage of Amelia’s song “Frozen” this month.

“It’s hard to say anything after that other than thank you, Amelia,” he said. “Thank you for this grace.”

It was not immediately clear when Amelia evacuated from Ukraine and arrived in Poland. The BBC reported that she was staying with her grandmother in the host country.
